Job Requirements:
Applicants should have 2-3 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, writing skills and organizational abilities. Preferred candidates will have experience analyzing legal issues, drafting briefs, summarizing factual situations, and pursuing discovery, as well as assisting with and/or taking and defending depositions, and appearing before state and federal courts. Candidates must be in good standing with the Colorado Bar.

The expected pay range for this position is:
$210,000 to $230,000 per year
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program. Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
