The Leavitt Group's affiliate in Twin Falls, ID, Starley Leavitt Insurance is looking for a full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their busy team.

As a commercial lines account manager, you will work with our team to process insurance policies and will need strong computer skills, with prior customer service skills.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, companies, and brokers.
Work with Producer to coordinate new business, renewal strategy, and company selection.
Prepare Insurance proposals, summaries, and related documents.
Order and issue binders, policies, endorsements, certificates, invoices and other related items and forward to client with appropriate correspondence.
Accompany Producer as needed to client meetings.
Manage daily inbound/outbound correspondence: mail, email, faxes, phone calls, and voicemails.
Maintain current knowledge of insurance coverages and exposures, as well as the insurance products and markets available to cover exposures.
Complete projects as required by supervisor.
Energetically focus efforts on meeting goals and objectives.
What You Bring to the Table
Active Property & Casualty license, or willing to get licensed in 90 days
Experience in Commercial Lines preferred
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Experience with computer software
Familiarity with AMS360 is preferred
Must have ability to work independently in a multi-tasking customer service setting.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to proofread the work of self or others with a high degree of accuracy
Prefer at least a high school education or equivalent continuing education
