Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager based in Auburn, Everett, or University Place, WA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial accounts, assisting clients with their insurance needs, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers. The role involves providing expert advice on commercial lines coverage, handling renewals and endorsements, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Account Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with the sales team to support business growth and retention.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Commercial Lines Coverage and Insurance
Experience in Account Management, 3 years minimum
AMS360 Management system experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance are a plus
Strong MS Excel and Word experience preferred
