Our Legal team is a key business partner, working closely with internal stakeholders, clients and service providers across the organization. We operate in a global B2B and B2C environment and support commercial activity across multiple jurisdictions.
We provide legal advice that is business-oriented, practical and risk-aware, with a strong focus on enabling the business while maintaining appropriate compliance standards.
We are seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to join our Commercial and Compliance team.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of international commercial agreements, including agreements with vendors, technology and SaaS providers, partners, marketing and advertising, payment service providers and logistics suppliers, including carriers.
- Provide ongoing legal advice and support on commercial matters to internal stakeholders, working closely with teams including Marketing, Payments, Operations and Technology.
- Advise on and negotiate data protection and privacy clauses, including DPAs, as part of commercial and vendor agreements.
- Monitor and stay up to date on relevant legal and regulatory developments impacting commercial activities and support their implementation in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Support contract management and contribute to the development and improvement of legal operations and processes, including templates, playbooks, internal approval workflows and legal systems.
- Qualified attorney in Israel with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience, either as in-house counsel at a technology or e-commerce company or at a leading law firm.
- Strong experience in international commercial law, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and risk assessment skills, with a practical and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams, with strong organizational and prioritization skills, sound judgment and a practical, solution-oriented approach to legal issues.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) (a must).
