We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Leader to drive growth and lead our sales organization in Singapore and across South East Asia (SEA). This role is responsible for delivering revenue targets, developing and executing regional sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in both life sciences and clinical markets, while ensuring operational excellence and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage our sales organization in Singapore and across the SEA region, including district sales, strategic accounts, partner channels, and sales specialists.
- Own sub-regional P&L and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute a 3-year strategic growth plan, with annual milestones.
- Drive market expansion in clinical and applied markets unique to SEA.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams on strategic initiatives, product launches, and competitive positioning.
- Partner with marketing to strengthen brand presence and leverage regional collaborations.
- Ensure timely launch of new products tailored to SEA market needs.
- Build and nurture a high-performing, scalable, and engaged team.
