About the Position:
Our France Team is looking for the Head of Commercial to make a difference at Kraft Heinz!
You will be part of the France Leadership Team, reporting directly into the Country Managing Director and in dotted line into the Regional Commercial Director. You'll be working with a diverse team across our brands and categories.
You will be the one responsible for the 6P's Strategy of the Category - Proposition, Product, Pack, Price, Promotion and Place. The delivery of a category vision & activation plan for our key focus channels will be your main mission, while constantly looking for improvement activities within you team.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for Heinz and Bénédicta product categories in France, focusing on national assortment, promotional activities, activation plans, and shelf strategies that drive sustainable performance.
  • Become partner of choice by collaboratively designing value-creating plans with both internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring alignment with overall category objectives and enhancing long-term relationships.
  • Ensure the integration of strategy and execution by aligning field sales objectives with the overall business plan, while optimizing field investments to achieve targeted outcomes efficiently.
  • Build an ambitious category vision for each sales channel, leveraging data analytics, customer insights, and consumer trends to drive strategic initiatives and enhance market positioning.
  • Devising long-term development strategies for our product categories, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer demands to maximize growth potential.
  • Establish and monitor key financial metrics to ensure the achievement of both top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability targets, enabling proactive adjustments as needed.
  • manage and optimize various P&L levers to enhance financial performance and support strategic objectives.
  • Develop a strong cross-departmental collaboration, working closely with marketing, trade marketing, and category teams within the local business unit and our regional organization to ensure cohesive and efficient planning.
  • Build relationship with Kraft Heinz business units globally to share best practices and insights, driving operational efficiencies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • College Degree or Master Degree, preferably from a Business School.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the FMCG Industry.
  • Experience in category management or trade marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an analytical and structured way.
  • Ownership attitude, push to learn through new challenges and capability to drive results.
  • High proficiency in French and in English.
