The Role in Action
- Advise Australian businesses on commercial and corporate law issues across structuring, governance, shareholder agreements, fundraising, regulatory obligations and more
- Strategic legal support for start-ups, scaleups and small businesses
- New legal products and offerings with our product and marketing teams
- Multiple client matters in a fast-moving, tech-enabled environment
- Collaborate with legal ops, marketing and product teams to build scalable legal offerings and tools
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of internal systems and client delivery processes
What You’ll Bring
- Solid experience in commercial or corporate law
- Ability to deliver fast, clear and confident advice
- Comfort juggling client needs in a dynamic environment
- Interest in legal innovation, legal ops or NewLaw
- Bonus: Experience with start-ups or small business clients
