As a Vice President in our Fixed Income Structuring team, you'll have the opportunity to innovate and lead in the development of structured products, collaborating with diverse teams and expanding your expertise.
As a Vice President in the Fixed Income Structuring team, you will play a crucial role in pricing, documenting, and analyzing structured products, focusing on cross-asset products in Korea. You will work closely with sales, trading, and banking teams, contributing to marketing ideas and initiating transactions. This role offers a unique opportunity to broaden your exposure and experience in a collaborative environment, with a focus on Korean-speaking clients and markets.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and price structured products for financial institutions and corporate clients.
- Demonstrate proficiency in derivative and option pricing and understand risk profiles.
- Innovate and generate product ideas by closely following market trends.
- Understand local market drivers, including credit risk, market risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Build trust with stakeholders and clients by understanding their needs and articulating ideas clearly.
- Prepare presentation materials, financial models, and term sheets.
- Ensure accuracy in post-trade processes and adherence to internal controls.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Math or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in investment bank structuring.
- Familiarity with structured products and understanding of client drivers.
- Familiarity with Korea market dynamics and relevant laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in market and product terminology and quantitative frameworks.
- Ability to manage and discuss different types of risk.
- Strong communication skills in English and Korean.
- Self-directed, motivated, and able to guide junior team members.

- Previous experience or knowledge in Korea structuring business.
