Our Commercial Insurance Specialists Trainees are passionate about providing excellent customer service and often go above and beyond in there professional and personal life. If you are interested in Commercial Insurance, Federated Insurance will provide full sales training with support from industry leaders, internal and external educational courses and support to obtain your insurance license.

Customer Service & Communication
Relationship building
Achieving personal and team targets
You have:
Post-Secondary education (College or University)
1-2 years of front-line sales experience
Exceptional communication skills
A valid driving license

Salary range for Vancouver is 50-55k plus commission.
Actual pay may be below or above range based on candidates' knowledge, skills, and level of ability relative to expectations for the role applied to. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply.
