Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and grow the business by developing, implementing, and monitoring a customer-centric national business plan in collaboration with FLMs, Marketing, Access, and cross-functional partners to optimize the customer experience.
  • Drive the implementation of our Ecuador strategy with strong, holistic commercial vision and deliver financial objectives with full P&L responsibility.
  • Build strong, value-based relationships with customers, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders at Sandoz.
  • Take an active role in fostering a highly engaged team, demonstrating team spirit, curiosity, integrity, and a genuine interest in people.
  • Identify, own, and drive new business opportunities leveraging strong business acumen, advanced analytical skills, and data insights.
  • Ensure operational excellence and innovation to build a best-in-class commercial platform.
  • Champion compliance, ethics, and integrity in all business practices.
    KPI: Achievement of financial targets and successful execution of Ecuador commercial strategy.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • Master’s degree / MBA or related higher education.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial management with proven P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Generics business and pharmaceutical industry dynamics.
  • Demonstrated resilience, service orientation, and innovative mindset.
  • Collaborative team player with a growth mindset; data-driven and outcome-oriented.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Market knowledge and network within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience in pre-launch activities and healthcare/pharma sales.
