Your Key Responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and grow the business by developing, implementing, and monitoring a customer-centric national business plan in collaboration with FLMs, Marketing, Access, and cross-functional partners to optimize the customer experience.
- Drive the implementation of our Ecuador strategy with strong, holistic commercial vision and deliver financial objectives with full P&L responsibility.
- Build strong, value-based relationships with customers, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders at Sandoz.
- Take an active role in fostering a highly engaged team, demonstrating team spirit, curiosity, integrity, and a genuine interest in people.
- Identify, own, and drive new business opportunities leveraging strong business acumen, advanced analytical skills, and data insights.
- Ensure operational excellence and innovation to build a best-in-class commercial platform.
- Champion compliance, ethics, and integrity in all business practices.
KPI: Achievement of financial targets and successful execution of Ecuador commercial strategy.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Master’s degree / MBA or related higher education.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial management with proven P&L responsibility.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of the Generics business and pharmaceutical industry dynamics.
- Demonstrated resilience, service orientation, and innovative mindset.
- Collaborative team player with a growth mindset; data-driven and outcome-oriented.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Desirable Requirements:
- Market knowledge and network within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Experience in pre-launch activities and healthcare/pharma sales.
