Education required: Bachelor’s minimum. Degree must be in one of the following: Business Administration/Management, Communications, Public Relations, Economics, Commercial Engineering, International Business, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Finance.
Experience required: 2-4 years professional experience (postgraduate) in one or more of these areas: marketing, digital data and analytics or business management/consulting.

All roles for the graduate program are hybrid with 2-3 days in the office and 2 remote dependent on the business unit (except the sales rotation that is full time in field)

The Commercial teams in our Mexico business are constantly looking to build a better understanding of our patients and to find new ways to make our life changing products accessible to more people, regardless of where they live or what they can afford to pay.
We’re looking for commercially savvy Early Career professionals who are willing to experience a series of stretching rotations across a specific business area. As you go through the rotations, you’ll develop a range of critical commercial business skills, as well as broad insights and exposure to the pharmaceutical industry. This program is designed to amplify skills of the future and develop the next generation of leaders in the commercial space, equipping you with the skills and experiences needed to excel in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Ahead together with tailored training and career development
The Commercial Graduate Program is designed to develop graduates with 2-4 years related experience in the areas of marketing, digital marketing or business management.
The program will take 2 years to complete with a destination role in a Commercial Area (Marketing, Digital or Sales, depending on roles availability after program completion and career preferences). You will rotate through three different roles over the 2-year period to build specific skills and experiences in that area of the business. At the end of the program, you will target an off-boarding role within the areas where you have been rotating.
