The Core Responsibilities of the Job:
- Enhance Team Knowledge and Processes: Continuously develop expertise in your area, actively participate in knowledge sharing within the team, and contribute to building and reviewing internal tools, funding procedures, training materials, and related documentation. Challenge existing practices and help improve underlying processes.
- Support Funding Documentation and Compliance: Assist the Funding team by reviewing and uploading AML and legal documentation for commercial loans into the system of record, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Manage Daily Funding Pipeline: Independently prepare the Commercial Daily Funding Agenda, presenting daily fundings to key stakeholders (e.g., Commercial Originations, Underwriting, Treasury, Settlements) and provide timely updates throughout the day.
- Prepare Management Reports: Compile and analyze data from multiple sources to create Excel-based reports highlighting volumes and trends for senior management.
- Foster Collaboration and Communication: Actively participate as a team member, promote a positive work environment focused on service, quality, innovation, and teamwork, and ensure timely communication of issues and key points of interest.

- Currently enrolled in a University Program; Interest in law, regulatory compliance, and anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing (AML & ATF) would be beneficial
- Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); with ability to create macros and add programming where required
- Ability to organise and compile data to produce metric reports
- Strong organizational skills, demonstrates ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritize assignments, projects and multi-task within restricted time constraints
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work individually or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review one’s own work
