The Commercial Financial Analyst will support Avis Budget Group’s Commercial Finance team by providing financial analysis and insights that help drive profitable business decisions. This role will partner closely with Commercial/Sales and other business teams to evaluate performance, support forecasting, and analyze opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.

What You'll Do: 

• Analyze commercial and customer performance, including revenue, profitability, margins, and key business drivers.

• Support financial analysis of new and existing commercial opportunities, including pricing and deal economics.

• Assist with monthly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

• Develop financial models and reporting to support business decisions.

• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance stakeholders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Prepare reports and presentations for management.

• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and Commercial Finance projects.

What We're Looking For: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Pricing, or a related analytical role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

• Ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable business insights.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

• Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, SQL, or similar reporting/analytics tools is a plus.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $70,000 – $85,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
