Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
- Own the standard monthly financial reporting that is necessary to measure the financial results and guide future business decisions. This includes monthly and quarterly financial packages that track trends and performance of orders, sales, backlog, costs, margins, pricing, inventory, and other critical metrics.
- Support identifying and developing optimal financing solutions with capital companies/bankings.
- Partner directly with Korea Ultrasound & PCS (CCS) leadership team to prepare CCS monthly operating reviews.
- Support budget/strategy process for Korea CCS, which includes coordinating with product teams and AKA on growth targets, and formulate investment/capital allocation decision making.
- Own profitability monitoring and trend analysis with key drivers (e.g. Price, Mix, Productivity, Unusuals, FX, etc.)
- Lead standardization and automation of financial dashboard/reporting for consistent and centralized reporting capability that drive greater visibility.
- Ad hoc financial analysis as required to support commentary/key driver analysis and in response to queries from the management team.
- Communicate financial information, translate/educate financial concepts and impacts, facilitate interactions with region commercial and operating teams to influence decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience or equivalent qualification in Finance
- Experience with accounting systems (Hyperion Essbase, OBIEE, BOXI), financial databases, and reporting tools and strong Excel skills in data compilation and modeling (Power BI is a plus)
- Possess strong analytic skills and can clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive changes
- Fluent in English
