Our Pukekohe Branch has an opportunity for a Commercial Finance Manager to join our Finance team.

Commercial Scope and Influence:
In this role, you will work closely with Territory Managers, Sales Managers, the Settlements Team, and external finance partners to support equipment sales across multiple dealerships. You will provide practical finance support and commercial insight to help sales teams progress deals efficiently, while ensuring financing aligns with Brandt Finance guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Support the equipment sales.
- Build relationships with sales staff and outside financial institutions.
- Analyse financial statements.
- Review credit bureaus and provide recommendations for credit decisions.
- Achieve sales and market share goals, as agreed, for the long-term success of Brandt Finance.
- Gather and monitor competitive intelligence from the marketplace to ensure Brandt Finance is providing superior products.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of direct equipment finance-related experience are required.
- Prior Brandt group experience would be considered an asset.
- A high level of written and oral communication skills is required.
