Strong commercial judgment and demonstrated ability to interpret contracts, challenge deal terms, and translate operational and legal provisions into financial consequences. Executive-level communication skills, including the ability to distill incomplete and complex information into clear recommendations and decision materials. Proven ability to lead cross-functional work, establish structure in ambiguous situations, and balance speed, rigor, and business practicality. Willingness to remain hands-on in modeling, analysis, and material development while building the function.
