YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:- Within the Central Commercial Finance team, you are responsible for building and maintaining the reporting infrastructure that enables effective financial steering across our markets.
- You own and continuously improve the reporting backbone of the team, including consolidating financial performance data across countries and business areas, maintaining reporting templates and dashboards, and preparing management-ready materials that support decision-making.
- You translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights and narratives, linking performance trends to underlying business drivers and highlighting what matters most for senior stakeholders.
- You act as a key point of contact across operational finance teams and central stakeholders, ensuring data quality, alignment, and supporting decision-making through analysis.
- You ensure data accuracy by identifying inconsistencies and validating performance through a strong understanding of our P&L structure.
- You support the broader Commercial Finance team and senior management with ad hoc analysis and business cases as needed.
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, management consulting, or a commercial finance / business intelligence role
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large, complex data sets
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with FP&A tools (e.g., Anaplan) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- You have a proven track record of turning complex, multi-source financial data into reliable, well-structured reporting
- Proactive and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
- Comfortable working across functions and levels, including with senior stakeholders
- You’re able to communicate complex ideas effectively in English; German is a plus.

Skills Required
- 2-4 years experience in FP&A, management consulting, commercial finance or business intelligence
