RESPONSIBILITIES
WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
• Validate and process promotional activities, rebates, and discounts in line with company
policies
• Ensure accurate accounting of commercial investments through reconciliations, variance
analysis and proper accruals at month-end closing
• Monitor compliance with internal controls and audit requirements to safeguard data integrity
• Prepare timely reports to provide visibility of investment execution and payment status to
stakeholders
• Manage the end-to-end payments lifecycle (creation, validation, submission, follow-up, and
issue resolution)
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and control
over commercial finance operations
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
EXPERIENCE:
• 1 - 2 years of experience in Finance Roles, preferred: Commercial Support, FP&A, Controlling
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
• Experience preparing reports, variance analysis, and supporting month-end closing
SKILLS:
• Language: Spanish and English Intermediate B1
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Solid understanding of financial processes (payments, accruals, investment control)
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (SAP)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with Finance, Commercial and
Shared Services teams
• High sense of accountability, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls
• Continuous improvement mindset, focused on efficiency and automation opportunities
