Due to growth, we are looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst, based in Serbia, Croatia, North Macedonia or Bosnia & Herzegovina to join our global finance department at ProPharma.
As a commercial Finance Analyst at ProPharma, you will be responsible for development and analysis of competitive proposal text, budget, client bid grids (if applicable), and request for proposal (RFI) documents while working closely with the internal stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
Review requests for proposal (RFP) and RFI documents and interpret proposal requirements.
Identify information for proposal text, RFI completion, and budget development and work closely with proposal development team to prepare and finalize RFPs/RFIs.
Prepare text and budget for RFI, proposals, rebids, and related documents.
Participate in and lead strategy calls to discuss customer requirements and identify discrepancies in customer information.
Perform quality control edits on all documents to ensure they are in-line with RFP/RFI/proposal requirements.
Provide finalized documents to business development for client delivery.
Update and maintain corporate databases as required and ensure accurate information is included in tracking reports.
Participate in training / coaching / mentoring new staff.
Participate in customer meetings.
Education/Experience Requirements:
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Previous work experience with a Contract Research Organisation (CRO)
Proficient user of MS Excel
Strong project management experience
Proposal Management experience
