In this role, you will analyze how our Commercial organization operates using data, systems, and user behavior to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. You will explore workflows, analyze funnel and operational data, and propose practical solutions that improve how Sales, Marketing, and Cross-functional teams work day to day, including navigating CRM data, building analyses, and automating routines with new tools and integrations. Working with the Commercial Excellence team and technical partners, you will turn insights into scalable operational solutions, from workflow adjustments to automations and AI-assisted processes, directly supporting EBANX’s expansion and helping our Commercial organization operate truly Out Of The Ordinary.
What your day-to-day will look like
- Manage Commercial Excellence initiatives from rollout to stabilization, ensuring execution and adoption across teams
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Sales, Marketing, CRM, Data, Enablement and Operations
- Analyze CRM and operational data to identify inefficiencies, funnel leakage and recurring execution gaps
- Support the investigation of root causes using system data and real workflow behavior
- Design, prototype and validate practical solutions (workflow adjustments, automations, integrations, AI-assisted routines)
- Work with CRM and Data teams to implement scalable operational improvements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or similar operational roles
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to independently explore data and investigate ambiguous problems
- Experience working with CRM data structures (e.g., Salesforce objects, relationships, and fields) and extracting insights from operational data
- Ability to translate business needs into structured, scalable solutions and practical workflows
- Hands-on experience building automations or integrations using tools such as Zapier, Make, Clay, APIs, or scripts
- Experience applying AI tools to improve operational workflows, analysis, or execution
- Familiarity with querying or manipulating data (SQL, spreadsheets, or similar logic) and data modeling concepts
- Clear and structured communication skills, able to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Experience in fast-growing tech, fintech or SaaS environments
- Exposure to revenue lifecycle or RevOps environments
- Database building and management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related fields
