Summary of Role:
The Commercial Excellence Analyst, Sales Enablement & Partner Programs supports GF’s Commercial Transformation team in building and running onboarding, training and content programs that help global account teams and Value-Added Partners sell more effectively. The analyst coordinates learning paths, maintains commercial and partner-facing content, and tracks program participation, certification and impact across regions.
Essential Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate delivery of role-based onboarding programs for new Account Managers, Field Application Engineers and Customer Business Managers, including scheduling, materials and milestone tracking.
- Support the build-out and delivery of GF’s three Value-Added Partner training tracks, including curriculum assembly, regional pilot logistics, certification records and annual re-certification cycles.
- Maintain and organize the commercial content library and partner-facing collateral by buyer stage, persona and partner tier, and retire outdated material with content owners.
- Administer the learning management system for internal and partner audiences, including enrollments, completion tracking, certification records and recurring reporting.
- Assemble and maintain enablement content for the partner web portal with Sales Operations and GF IT.
- Track seller and partner participation and completion against targets and prepare progress reporting for commercial leadership.
- Support the commercial and partner communications calendar, including newsletters, announcements, and launch and change-enablement kits.
- Support partner Quarterly Business Reviews by preparing materials, capturing decisions and actions, and tracking follow-through.
- Gather structured feedback from the field and partners and translate it into a prioritized improvement backlog.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Education – Graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Economics or related field from an accredited degree program.
- Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
- Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
- Travel - Up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior related internship or co-op experience.
- Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
- Strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making.
- Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning & organizational skills
- Experience creating training, instructional or explanatory materials for a non-expert audience.
- Comfort with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams and PowerPoint, and an interest in learning CRM and sales enablement platforms.
- Interest in partner, channel or ecosystem business models and working with external partner audiences across regions and time zones.
- Ability to coordinate content and delivery across several stakeholder groups and keep programs on schedule when priorities compete.

Expected Salary Range
$55,400.00 - $90,000.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
