Are you an analytically strong professional with a passion for commercial topics? Then you are exactly who we are looking for! As a Commercial Excellence Analyst, you will support the commercial performance of our company – analysing, preparing and recommending so that senior management can make well-informed decisions.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Analysis & reporting of commercial performance KPIs (revenue, margins, pricing architecture, ROI)
- Monitoring of promotions and trade investments, including uplift and margin measurement
- Supporting field force effectiveness: segmentation, targeting, KPI tracking and territory analyses
- Building and maintaining dashboards ("Single Source of Truth") for the GM and commercial teams
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR
- Supporting customer planning (JBPs) and preparing negotiation materials for KAMs
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering preferred5+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Revenue Growth Management or Commercial Analytics
- Industry knowledge in Dermo-Cosmetics, CHC, FMCG or Pharma is an advantage
- Strong analytical and financial skills – you turn data into clear recommendations
- Confident use of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Fluent English is mandatory
- German or French is an advantage
- Strong communication and teamwork skills – you engage confidently with senior stakeholders
