Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Join Old Republic Title as a Commercial Escrow Assistant in a hybrid role at our Minnetonka, MN location—and play a key role in supporting high-impact commercial real estate transactions.

In this role, you’ll partner with experienced Escrow Officers and underwriting professionals to help manage and close a variety of deals—from single-site transactions to complex multi-state refinance and sale transactions. Location & Schedule: Hybrid role with 3 days in-office at our Minnetonka, MN location; Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility for overtime as needed).

What You’ll Do

  • Support Escrow Officers in all aspects of commercial closings, including preparing settlement statements, reviewing escrow instructions, coordinating wires, recording documents, and maintaining trial balances.

  • Assist with opening, processing, and closing commercial refinance and sale transactions.

  • Coordinate with lenders, clients, realtors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely closings.

  • Partner with underwriting staff and leadership on closing and post-closing activities.

  • Coordinate local and national recordings and manage post-closing escrow activities.

  • Handle transaction-related accounting, including payments to agents, local offices, and booking fees.

  • Assist with title order placement and provide administrative support across the department.

  • Deliver a high level of customer service by responding to inquiries and keeping all parties informed throughout the transaction lifecycle.

  • 3+ years of escrow experience (commercial experience preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort.

Position's Pay Range:

65,000 - 80,000 annually.
