Job Description Summary
Based on the activities assigned by his/her line manager, the sales representative is responsible for sales development (business volume, margins, customer satisfaction, market share, etc.) and sales in his/her sector.
He/she leads, monitors and develops the customer portfolio in his/her sector, based on the sales policy defined by management.

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES - Develop customer loyalty and sales in the area (participation, prospecting, customer visits, promotion of offers, portfolio management, etc.) - Identify customer needs (commercial or after-sales) and propose an appropriate solution - Build and negotiate commercial and technical offers, in collaboration with internal stakeholders (quotations, costings, bids, etc.) - Analyze the market and monitor the competition in order to identify new new opportunities (markets, customers, technologies, etc.) - Update customer data in business tools (contacts, e-mail addresses, customer fleets, etc.) and competitor data. - Enter the opportunities andthe actions (sales sales proposals, visit reports, etc.) in business tools - Initiate and/or participate à in actions of promotion of (demonstrations, trade shows, etc.) - Contribute to the resolution of customer disputes and the collection of accounts receivable, in collaboration with internal stakeholders - Ensure compliance with customer commitments (configuration, delivery, invoicing, etc.) - Where necessary, coordinate the preparation of financing applications by collaboration with the builder's financial institution - Assist, if necessary, in the commissioning of equipment RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION - Ensure sales development in your sector - Ensure the follow-up and achievement of sales objectives in the sector - Ensure the quality of data entered into business tools - Contribute to the management of commercial disputes and collections in the sector - Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S) Bac +2 to Bac +3 level in a commercial field and/or 3 years preferred significant experience SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(S) Technical skill(s) - General commercial knowledge (sales, negotiation, customer relations, etc.) - General product knowledge (ranges, features, etc.) - General knowledge of IT tools and information systems - Advanced elementary English (A2) Behavioral skill(s) - Good interpersonal skills - Active listening - Thoroughness - Analytical skills - Synthesis skills - ResponsivenessSkills Required
- Bac+2 to Bac+3 in a commercial field
- 3 years significant commercial experience
