About the location:

Open since May 2019, in the information technology capital of India, Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travellers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE is located in one of the city’s most dynamic development that includes Four Seasons Private Residences, premium grade office space, sophisticated retail, dining and entertainment.

About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru is looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing. The Director of Sales & Marketing oversees all Sales & Marketing activities and ensures that all activities and bookings are focused to yield maximum revenue per room occupied.

This role is a Planning Committee level, reporting to the General Manager.

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in India. 

What you will do:

• The Director of Sales & Marketing forms part of the Hotel Leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the Hotel. 

• They will oversee all Sales, marketing and Revenue activities with the support of teams including sales, catering, reservations, advertising, and public relations for the Hotel and ensures that all activities and bookings are focused to yield maximum revenue per room occupied.

• We are looking for individuals who are strategic, proactive and who have a proven track record in both sales and marketing. 

• Applicants need to evidence strong revenue and budget management skills, have a creative flair for marketing, have good communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate effective leadership.

• Regular travel is required with this position.

What you bring:

• 3-year university/college degree (or equivalent).

• 3 – 5 years of Leadership experience in a Luxury Hotel within the sales and marketing organization; previous DOM experience preferred but not a must.

• Bengaluru market knowledge or experience in an RFP driven market is an added advantage.

• Requires strong revenue and budget management skills.

• Scheduled days and times may vary based on the need.

• Must have personal flair and a go-getter attitude
