The Role
As the Commercial Director for Canada, you’ll hold a senior leadership position with accountability for shaping and closing complex commercial transactions that drive revenue growth and profitability. Working closely with the Global Commercial Team, Partners, and Canadian Senior Leadership, you’ll guide priority opportunities from origination through to contract execution, while strengthening commercial discipline across existing accounts.

You’ll operate at the forefront of Capco’s most significant client opportunities, combining strategic insight with hands-on commercial delivery.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end commercial strategy, origination, and execution for major Canadian opportunities
  • Develop pricing strategies, financial models, and commercially sound business cases
  • Lead negotiations for commercial aspects of MSAs and statements of work in partnership with senior stakeholders
  • Partner closely with the Partner and Leadership teams
  • Drive margin improvement and profitability initiatives across key client accounts

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10-12+ years related experience with 5+ years working as a commercial leader who has significant deal and transaction experience
  • Background in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Modelling with strong commercial judgement
  • Experience within a consulting or professional services environment
  • Proven track record in sales, origination, and closing complex client engagements
  • High level of discretion and judgement when handling confidential and sensitive information
