Do you want to combine your technical skills with customer interaction?
As a Sales Engineer at Cambridge Intelligence, you’ll help customers solve complex data visualisation challenges by demonstrating our products, providing code solutions, and collaborating across teams.
- Demo Cambridge Intelligence products to customers and their developers
- Help customers implement solutions and provide technical feedback
- Build prototypes and proofs of concept
- Collaborate with the product team to test new features and share feedback
- Work on varied projects with the wider development team
This role involves spending roughly 50% of time coding and 50% engaging with customers.
Must have:
- Strong experience with JavaScript and React
- Technical degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Flexibility to work US hours at least 3 days per week (12pm - 8:30pm UK time)
Nice to have:
- Experience writing blogs or public speaking
- Familiarity with Angular, Vue, data visualisation, or UX/UI techniques
You’ll collaborate with commercial, product, and development teams, acting as the ‘voice of the customer’ to help shape our products.
