To implement RCJ program in business partners
1. To identify VVIC in each partners with specific clients’ profile and information
2. Together with business partners to develop the tailor-made RCJ program for end clients
3. To visit and build the relationship with end clients b/t Roger Dubuis, end clients, and partners.
4. To identify and implement Rarity program in selective partners’ end clients.

To develop partners’ business and recruit new clients for RDU
1. To conduct product training for all Partners’ staffs, regular training/ novelties/ brand training
2. To create in-store activations for business partners to recruit new clients via outsource partnerships, ex. Whiskey or Wine companies..
3. To push and help partners’ to develop social media exposures for RDU
4. To identify opportunities in Tai Chung city via Tienwen and other local business partners; moreover, to develop Tienwen as RDU introducer for future Taichung business foundation.

Operation related matters
1. Sales forecast (weekly, monthly, and FY/BU) and delivery follow up for both Retail and Partners
2. To coordinate Strap related projects for RT and Partners.
3. Coordinate and follow up of all Customer Service issues, from time to time directly with the final customers.
4. Prepare regular management reports (e.g. orders, deliveries, return and wholesales analyses).

2. To support Retail activations, brand events, and all retail related activities, being the #6 SA in Retail team
3. To be the key contact of brand partnerships in Whiskey and Wine industry
Skills Required

- Coordinate customer service issues and prepare management reports (orders, deliveries, returns, wholesale analyses)
