Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Commercial Data Scientist to join our Global Marketing team.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to transform complex customer, market, and competitive data into actionable tools that directly drive our global growth strategy. Working alongside a collaborative team, your technical expertise will power AI-driven analytics models and intelligence platforms that help quantify value and guide critical commercial decisions.


What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead technical data execution: Transform raw first- and third-party data streams into usable intelligence across customer, market, and competitive programs.
  • Develop and maintain commercial models: Build and manage analytics programs including Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Account Health scoring, and Propensity to Buy.
  • Deploy AI and generative tools: Implement advanced machine learning techniques, LLM orchestration, and RAG architectures to build intelligent agents and automate business insights.
  • Synthesize actionable insights: Translate complex analytical findings into intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or data science role, preferably within a large enterprise or B2B tech environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Python or R, SQL, cloud data platforms, and predictive statistical modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) and familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vertex AI.
  • Proven background supporting competitive intelligence, market research, or customer experience (CX) functions.
