We make it our mission to ensure more genuine people have digital access to opportunities, and businesses have access to more genuine people. Our technology draws on diverse and reliable data to create a single point of truth for identity and address verification.
With over 30 years of experience behind us our team and technology are focused on enabling safe and rewarding digital lives for everyone. Regardless of age, location or background, genuine people everywhere should be able to digitally prove who they are and where they live.
We rely on trusted third‑party data to power identity, fraud and compliance outcomes for our customers. This role exists to (1) own and grow the value of our data supplier ecosystem in Australia & New Zealand—ensuring resilient access, compliant use, commercial advantage and seamless enablement for our Go‑To‑Market (GTM) teams—and (2) run the day‑to‑day collaboration with some of our strategic partners in the region so joint initiatives translate into revenue, customer impact and differentiated product experiences.
You’ll be the connective tissue across suppliers, Product, Sales, Legal/Compliance, Procurement and our global data teams—driving better commercials and stronger execution.
What you will do
- Own ANZ data supplier strategy: manage key relationships, renewals, pricing, and negotiations; ensure compliance and enable GTM teams with clear value propositions.
- Establish operational cadence: maintain structured engagement with suppliers (monthly or quarterly as appropriate) to strengthen partnerships and drive best commercial outcomes.
- Track and act on supplier performance: monitor data quality, uptime, SLAs, and commercial metrics; initiate follow-up actions with suppliers or GTM teams to resolve issues and optimize results.
- Adopt a commercial lens: evaluate each supplier for opportunities to increase revenue through better utilization of their data, and collaborate with GTM teams to unlock those opportunities.
- Drive APAC pipeline: identify and evaluate new data sources, build business cases, and collaborate with global teams on integration and best practices.
- Manage and run selected key partner operations: coordinate joint activities, sales enablement, marketing initiatives, and governance actions to deliver partnership goals.
- Provide insight and influence: monitor regulatory changes, track supplier performance trends, and report actionable metrics to stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
- Ability to work independently with a self-starter mindset; thrives in a dynamic environment, highly curious and hands-on, willing to experiment and learn from setbacks, and comfortable rolling up sleeves to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in data partnerships, vendor management, or commercial roles—ideally in tech, fintech, or identity/fraud solutions.
- Negotiation and commercial skills: confident in pricing, margin thinking, and contract discussions.
- Organizational skills: manage multiple priorities, maintain cadence, and deliver outcomes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building: influence across suppliers and internal teams.
- Understanding of compliance and legal basics: able to interpret agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborative mindset: work effectively with GTM, Product, Legal, and global teams.
