This role bridges the gap between revenue performance and portfolio management, complementing the team’s existing strengths in experimentation, product analytics, and user behaviour. You will be reporting to: Head of Gaming Analytics.
- Analyse the commercial performance of gaming suppliers (e.g. revenue share models, profit margins, game performance).
- Compare performance across suppliers and markets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Produce insights to support strategic supplier negotiations and optimise revenue-sharing agreements.
- Work cross-functionally with the Gaming Product, Commercial, and Analytics teams to align data insights with portfolio strategy.
- Build dashboards and reports to track supplier KPIs and contract outcomes.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership, contributing directly to commercial decisions.
- Support experimentation and A/B testing efforts to measure the impact of new game launches or promotional strategies.
- Has at least 5 years experience in a data analyst, business insight, or commercial analytics role, preferably in gaming or digital entertainment.
- Has strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract business value from complex data sets.
- Has proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI). Python or R experience for deeper data analysis is an asset.
- Has proven experience working with financial performance metrics—particularly revenue share or margin analysis.
- Has the ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Possesses a commercial acumen and an interest in the dynamics of supplier partnerships and performance-based contracts.
- Ideally, has exposure to supplier contract evaluation or negotiation processes.
- Has familiarity with experimentation frameworks (e.g. A/B testing, holdouts).
