Support Executive Decision-Making:

Synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations for senior leadership. Present strategic insights and recommendations regularly to executive and regional teams.

Lay the Foundation for Scale:

Design systems and processes that reduce manual reporting and set the stage for future team growth. Create documentation, workflows, and scalable frameworks to expand capabilities efficiently.
