Your Contribution

Support our Commercial Finance team by managing and refining financial data, ensuring it’s accurate, reliable, and easy to access. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and update financial databases from internal and external sources
  • Import, export, and update internal and external financial data in PowerBI.
  • Manage and update various product and customer mapping tables
  • Assist in the preparation of daily order reports, financial reports, refresh dashboards, and analyses for management.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes by providing accurate data
  • Identify opportunities to enhance data management processes and reporting efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to implement best practices and automation initiatives.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance administrative role or similar
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
  • Deadline focused and well organised.
  • Experience with an ERP system is an advantage (SAP, Oracle NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar).
