Job Description

The Position

Customer support specialists assist customers with inquiries or concerns related to a company’s products or services.

Responsibilities 

  • Operations of monthly sales in opening and closing periods

  • Creating orders for Exfactory and Quality Compliant Orders & Samples

  • Follow-up and reporting wholesalers of stock levels

  • Calculating RTM quota and realization for CIP

  • Due Diligence and Contract process of wholesalers

  • Communication with patients, pharmacists or doctors with corporate commercial e-mail

  • Follow-up campaign process and inform the wholesalers

  • Entering price and discount changes to the SAP after Ministry of Health notification

  • Calculating FoC and Volume Discount payments

  • Follow-up the return process and creating return into SAP System

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • 1 year or more of Customer Support experience

  • Minimum Degree of Bachelors

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good planning and project management skills

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, data analysis and other salesforce tools

  • Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
