Primary Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain application equipment for the custom application of crop protection products, fertilizer, lime, and other agronomic inputs.
- Safely handle, mix, load, and transport agricultural products while following company, state, and federal regulations.
- Complete application records and required documentation accurately and timely.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections on equipment and facilities.
- Assist with agronomy operations including product receiving, inventory management, and warehouse activities.
- Support customers and coworkers with a strong commitment to safety and service.
Additional Duties May Include
Depending on the location and season, employees may assist with:
- Commercial truck driving and product delivery
- Grain receiving, handling, drying, and facility operations
- Crop scouting and field observations
- Equipment and facility maintenance
- Shop work and mechanical repairs
- Seed treatment and seed handling
- Loading and unloading products
- General agronomy support activities
- Snow removal and grounds maintenance
- Other operational duties as assigned
