This is a unique opportunity for an early-career professional looking to grow into a Commercial Lender role. The organization is committed to developing talent through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience across lending and portfolio management.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze commercial credit opportunities, including financial statements and cash flow.
- Prepare credit memos with clear risk assessments and recommendations.
- Support lenders with underwriting, deal structuring, and portfolio management.
- Gain exposure to client relationships and commercial lending processes.
- Participate in training focused on business development and cross-selling strategies.
- Learn to manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio over time.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on commercial credit analysis experience.
- Strong financial analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Interest in advancing into a client-facing Commercial Lender role.
- Willingness to learn business development and relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
