An excellent opportunity has arisen in KPMG’s Office of General Counsel (OGC) for a commercial lawyer. The OGC deals with a wide variety of corporate and commercial arrangements and agreements, regulatory issues and litigation. Your Opportunity

Forming part of the Office of General Counsel team this role will play a key role in a wide variety of corporate and commercial arrangements and agreements, regulatory issues and litigation by

  • Drafting and negotiating general contracts and commercial agreements
  • Reviewing new products and service offerings
  • Providing legal advice in relation to tender documents and client service offerings
  • Liaising closely with the business and external counsel

Qualifications

You are an admitted lawyer and hold a current practising certificate.
