Lead the commercial, contractual, and cost management functions across major engineering and infrastructure projects. Provide strategic commercial oversight, ensure contractual compliance, and drive financial performance while strengthening client and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership across commercial and cost management functions.
Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with legal frameworks.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
Postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
15+ years of commercial experience within engineering consulting organisations.
Demonstrated leadership in managing commercial teams and major project portfolios.
Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver successful outcomes.
Strong commercial and business acumen with strategic mindset.
Extensive understanding of Middle East construction industry practices.
Sound knowledge of contracts and legal frameworks.
Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong leadership and team development ability.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
