Job Summary

To support the Commercial finance & Planning team, Intelcom | Dragonfly is looking for a Commercial Contract Specialist. The successful candidate will play a critical role in evaluating, shaping, and supporting revenue-generating contractual agreements, with a strong focus on business terms, pricing structure and financial risk exposure. You will bring analytical acumen, business insight, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure profitable growth. Key Responsibilities

• Support the internal review of customer contracts, focusing on business terms that impact revenue and profitability.
• Translate business needs into financially sound contractual language.
• Ensure commercial alignment between contractual clauses and pricing strategy.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Sales teams to streamline the contract review workflow and approvals.
• Support RFP and contract renewal efforts
• Monitor financial performance of key contracts
  • Track actual vs. contracted revenue, cost-to-serve metrics, and compliance with pricing commitments.
  • Flag early signs of financial leakage and implement corrective actions.
• Design and implement control mechanisms to monitor and model the financial impact of business terms.
• Track contractual client metrics and KPI that have a financial impact to assess the risk and take action if needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pricing, revenue management, finance, or commercial operations, ideally in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Strong experience interpreting contractual language with revenue implications.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent cross-functional communication, influencing, and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a structured, analytical approach to complex business issues.
• Familiarity with typical contractual clauses: pricing mechanisms, rebates, indexation, service levels, liabilities, termination rights, and volume commitments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into financially sound commercial terms.
• Comfortable spotting financial risks or contractual gaps that impact profitability.
• Able to synthesize complex financial or contractual concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
• Proactive problem solver able to foresee downstream impacts and recommend alternatives.
