We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Commercial Buyer:
Your contribution to something big;
- Being a part of an international team and responsible for Selected suppliers in Turkey and further countries with focus on packaging but also other material groups for 14 different Bosch HC plants
- Management and development of the supplier base under your responsibility to achieve high results in terms of e.g.:
- Material Costs: Lead the yearly Price negotiations and initiate and lead Commercial projects like supplier changes
- Delivery: Support the Logistics Team if the supplier struggles to fulfill the demands
- Quality: Continuous improvement of supplier quality performance in cooperation with Purchasing Quality Team
- Evaluation and ensuring of appropriate supplier capacities
- Ensure tooling life Management and
- Management of Engineering changes
- Management of tool purchase activities for suppliers by ensuring transparency for the cost
Qualifications
What distinguishes you;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering
- Min. 3 years experience as a Buyer or a Purchasing engineer
- Excellent level of English; German language skills are a plus
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Supply chain management skills
- Analytical mindset
- Strong team player
- Strong in problem solving
- High self-motivation and pro-active approach
