Overview

We are representing a well-established restoration organization seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager to drive growth throughout the Minneapolis / St. Paul market.

This is a relationship-driven, commercially focused sales role targeting decision-makers across property management, facilities, asset management, and other commercial verticals. The role requires a professional capable of building long-term referral relationships and generating sustained revenue growth.

This is not a transactional sales role and not a residential-focused position. The right candidate understands long sales cycles, consultative selling, and how to position a service-based organization as a trusted partner.

Success in this role is measured by consistent revenue production, depth of commercial relationships, and strategic market penetration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow commercial relationships throughout the Minneapolis / St. Paul market

  • Target property managers, facility directors, asset managers, and commercial stakeholders
