SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES It is the responsibility of the Commercial Business Analyst – Operations to take ownership of all tasks and challenges they encounter in the operation of their assigned position. The role is a critical support function of the Commercial Line of business requiring frequent interaction with Executive and Senior level management.
