WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Commercial Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving strategic insights and analysis within our merchandising function, using advanced data, customer, and consumer insights related to the product. You will independently define the scope and initiate analyses based on the needs of the merchandising organization, demonstrating leadership, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of industry trends.
You will:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Utilize statistical models and forecasting techniques to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor product strategies, and emerging technologies to challenge current plans and maintain competitive advantage.
- Drive insights and support the assortment strategy for all our channels; retail, digital and market places.
- Analyze SEO insights to support the SEO with our assortment strategy in close collaboration with the omni merchandising managers.
- Drive projects and build business cases for new product categories, sales channels and other business opportunities to support new sales and profit growth.
- Follow up on our full store (Omni, retail and Ecom) commercial initiatives and build strong cases for improvements in our discount strategy leveraging web analytics, customer insights, sales and cost data.
- Find opportunities and drive initiatives to increase our sales and profit by combining sales, customer and web analytics (customer behaviors) connected to product activation.

As a Commercial Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with merchandising and product teams to deliver data-driven insights that support commercial and assortment decisions. You will work in partnership with sales and demand planning teams to optimize stock levels, product availability, and overall business performance.

- Proven ability to drive commercial product excellence.
- Analytical skills to track and estimate performance .
- Understanding of product, stock, and product lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, inventory optimization, or supply and demand planning.
- Experience in executing commercial plans and managing post-season stock.
- Knowledge of merchandising systems, tools, and methods.

This is a full-time position with local contract, located in Warsaw, Poland. The Commercial Business Analyst is part of Merchandising Department and reports to Commercial Merchandise Manager.
