As a Commercial Business Analyst within the Global Accounts Sales Support organisation, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of commercial data and reporting processes. You will manage and optimise back-office operational flows, support decision-making through insightful analysis, and collaborate closely with Global Account Managers and cross-functional teams.
Your contribution will directly impact the quality of client data, the delivery of strategic insights, and the effectiveness of commercial initiatives across global accounts.
Main responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage Global Account (GA) lists, ensuring accurate implementation within CRM and Business Intelligence systems
- Oversee client database quality, including data cleaning, updates, and validation processes
- Support the preparation and delivery of monthly reports to internal stakeholders and external clients
- Develop insights reports, including subscription file maintenance and competitor basket analysis
- Coordinate and execute monthly Insights delivery through dedicated tools
- Manage Gain & Loss projects, ensuring timely completion in collaboration with Global Account Managers (GAMs)
- Update data cubes and reporting structures for active clients
- Support internal reporting activities and contribute to the development of business cases for TAM
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Global Account Managers, and local Business Support teams to ensure alignment and data consistency
