Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare pre and post export shipping documents
· Coordinate with Internal, External parties and execute direct exports
· Handle customer complaints effectively
· Prepare management reports and compliance reports
· Place shipment/cargo bookings with freight forwarders
· Assist and shadow Finished Goods (FG) operations and local distribution functions
· Supervise and execute updates in the Ontime ERP system and portal
· Overlook transfer postings and FG write-offs
· Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Advanced Diploma in Logistics and Warehouse Management (ISMM) or equivalent qualification.
· 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
· Ability to work with SAP/ERP system and competency in MS office package .
· Organizational and communication skills.
