ADAPTIT is seeking a well-organised and proactive Commercial Coordinator to support our commercial team in daily operations and client interactions. In this role, you will assist in managing sales documentation, coordinating communication between departments, and ensuring smooth execution of commercial activities. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining positive client relationships and facilitating efficient workflow within the commercial division.

Sales Support & Coordination
  • Support the sales team in preparing offers, proposals, and tenders
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate quotation submissions
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with customer data, pipeline, and sales activities
  • Track sales performance and assist in forecasting and reporting
Commercial Operations
  • Manage contract preparation, review, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial guidelines
  • Monitor pricing, discounts, and margin controls
  • Support negotiation processes with data analysis and documentation
Customer & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to commercial matters
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, operations)
Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare regular sales and commercial reports
  • Check market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities
  • Support business decision-making through data insights
Process Improvement
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales and commercial workflows
  • Propose and implement improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy
  • Support digitalization and automation initiatives (CRM, ERP tools)

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Approx. 2-4 years' experience in commercial, sales support, or admin roles, among similar industries.
  • Proficient in MS Office and commercial software (e.g. CRM/ERPs).
  • Fluent in Greek and English, excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and team collaboration abilities.
  • Customer service oriented with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of contracts, pricing, financial principles, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Skills Required
