We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Sales Systems Specialist to optimize our sales technology stack and streamline workflows for our high-performing sales team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between sales strategy, data analysis, and IT, ensuring our systems are an accelerant to productivity and revenue growth. You will be the primary administrator and go-to expert for our TPM solution and other essential sales tools.
Key Responsibilities
- System Administration: Act as the primary administrator for our TPM and related sales tools, including user management, security settings, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
- New Tool Implementation & Project Support: Serve as a key resource in the evaluation, testing, and rollout of new sales technologies and system upgrades (including SAP or CRM systems). This involves creating comprehensive test plans, developing test cases, and performing functional, integration, and regression testing to minimize business disruption.
- Process Optimization: Map existing data workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement automated solutions to increase efficiency.
- Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure data quality and integrity across all sales systems including SAP data integrations.
- Integration Management: Monitor and troubleshoot seamless integrations between various sales technology components (CRM, TPM, local SQL bases sales tools, etc.).
- Training & Support: Develop and provide ongoing technical support, documentation, and training sessions for the sales team on system features and best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional business teams and Global IT departments to align systems with overall business objectives.

- Experience: Proven experience in a Sales Operations, CRM Administrator or similar role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency with SQL Server, SSIS, Oracle DB, GCP, Excel & Macros (Nice to have tech skills in data integration and analytics like Alteryx, Talend). Proficiency in using SQL for data analysis and validation during migration testing. Familiarity with S/4HANA environments, data migration testing, and cloud deployments is a plus if applicable.
Experience with major CRM platforms is preferred. - Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise information for non-technical audiences.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in information technology field is preferred.
