Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) - a company working exclusively for the global fund management company Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), is currently looking for a Commercial and Transactions Manager to join the team in Metro Manila, Philippines.
The role
The Commercial and Transactions Manager will be an important member of the business development team with special focus on managing joint venture and/or partnership transactions, M&A, deal structuring and negotiations, valuation and business case analysis, and handling commercial transactions of greenfield renewable energy projects.
Responsibilities will further consist of:
Manage workstreams involved in joint venture / partnership, investments or acquisitions, deal structuring, due diligence, transaction documentation, and project finance, and equity sell-downs or divestments processes, including engaging and managing 3rd party service providers required to support these workstreams
Develop and manage financial models and project assumptions
Support in negotiations and drafting of agreements and contracts
Manage engagement and negotiations with potential offtakers with regard to PPAs and lead any competitive bidding processes such as GEA Programs.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations, analysis, internal memos and papers for internal discussion, reporting to and approval of CIP's senior management and governance bodies
Performing other tasks as assigned by the direct manager

You
At least 10 years working experience in M&A, investment banking, financial advisory, and infrastructure investments (power sector preferred)
Bachelor's/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or other relevant fields. Candidates with or pursuing CFA is a plus
Strong financial modelling skills with the ability to build complex, high-quality error-free financial models
Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
