Position Summary

The Iron Mountain Sales Director for the Philippines is responsible for leading and accelerating the company's commercial growth strategy across all business units. This role will provide strategic leadership to the sales organization, drive market expansion, strengthen customer relationships and foster a high-performance culture focused on customer excellence and sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who thrives in a matrix organization, effectively collaborates across functions, and unites diverse teams around common business objectives. The Sales Director will play a critical role in accelerating sales order booking, delivering revenue growth, increasing market share, ensuring exceptional customer service and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Growth & Business Performance

  • Develop and execute the Philippines sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth across all business units and service offerings.
  • Drive achievement of annual and multi-year revenue, profitability, and market expansion targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to support short- and long-term business objectives.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth.
  • Experience leading large, diverse sales teams within a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success operating in a matrix organization and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple revenue streams and complex solution-selling environments.
  • Strong background in entrepreneurship, transforming sales team with bold ideas, strategic account management, business development, and customer engagement.
