Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Commercial Analytics Analyst to join our Global Marketing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into tactical tools and AI-driven insights that help us acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships.

You will join a collaborative team that serves as the technical engine for global commercial programs, focusing on hands-on data execution and the deployment of advanced intelligence solutions.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Execute advanced technical data streams by applying Statistical Modeling and Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques—such as Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)—to transform raw data into actionable market and customer intelligence.

  • Collaborate with Global Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and external vendors to maintain high-impact analytics programs, including Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Account Health scoring, and competitive tracking platforms.

  • Ensure data integrity and performance reporting across the customer journey, translating complex findings into clear dashboards that quantify drivers for Net Promoter Score (NPS) and organic growth.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in a Data Analysis or Data Science role, preferably within a large business or technology agency.

  • Strong knowledge of statistical programming in Python or R, including hands-on experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI frameworks like LangChain or Vertex AI.

  • Proven ability in problem-solving and data synthesis, specifically within B2B (Business-to-Business) domains such as Competitive Intelligence, Market Research, or Customer Experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
